Building Dreams, One Home at a Time
Tidemark Builder Co. was founded in [2009] on a simple idea: building on the water should be done by people who understand the water. Too many beautiful Chesapeake homes were being built — or remodeled — by crews who didn't account for the tides, the critical-area rules, or what salt air does to a house over twenty years. We set out to do it right. What started as a two-person remodeling crew in Annapolis has grown into a full design-build firm. We added designers, project managers, and a client-experience team — but the standard never changed. We still walk every site ourselves. We still tell owners the truth about budget before anyone draws a line. And we still finish what we start, then stand behind it. Today we build custom homes, additions, and whole-home renovations across Anne Arundel County
