We're looking for an experienced lead carpenter who can run the day-to-day on a jobsite, set the
standard for quality, and mentor the crew. You'll be the hands-on craftsperson clients and teammates
trust.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Execute framing, finish carpentry, and installations to a high standard
• Read plans and translate them into precise, code-compliant work
• Set the pace and quality bar for the crew on site
• Coordinate with the project manager on schedule, materials, and inspections
• Keep the jobsite safe, clean, and organized
WHAT YOU BRING
• 5+ years of carpentry experience, including finish work
• Ability to read construction drawings and work independently
• Reliable transportation and your own hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
• Valid driver's license; coastal/waterfront experience a plus
Run residential design-build projects from pre-construction through walkthrough. You'll be the owner's
main point of contact and the engine that keeps the build on schedule, on budget, and on standard.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and materials across active projects
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, keeping them informed weekly
• Coordinate permitting, inspections, and critical-area requirements
• Keep the client portal updated with schedules, selections, and photos
• Solve problems early and communicate clearly when plans change
WHAT YOU BRING
• 3+ years managing residential construction or remodeling projects
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Familiarity with permitting and Maryland code (or ability to learn fast)
