As your construction manager, we serve as your owner's representative on site. We coordinate every trade, maintain the project schedule, track budget performance in real time, and hold all parties accountable to the agreed scope and quality standards.

You receive a weekly written progress update: what was completed, what's coming next, and any issues identified and resolved. We are available by phone and email throughout the project — not just at milestones.

We are proactive, not reactive. We find problems before they become delays, and we solve them without passing the burden to you.

Pre-Construction Alignment

Before any work begins, we build the project playbook: a complete schedule, a sequenced trade coordination plan, a weekly reporting cadence, and a clear escalation path for decisions that require your input. Nothing starts until you understand exactly what the next 90 days look like.

Title: Active Site Management

We are on site at every critical milestone — not just on scheduled visits. We run weekly coordination meetings with all active trades, review work against the drawings and specifications, track actual spend against budget in real time, and issue written weekly reports to you every Friday. Issues are logged, assigned, and closed — not allowed to drift.

Closeout & Handoff

Project closeout is where many construction managers disappear. We don't. We conduct a room-by-room punch walk with you, track every open item to completion, collect all warranty documentation, and provide a complete project close-out package — permits, as-builts, and a contact list for every trade who worked the job.
